Allergo Healthcare joins Dubai Science Park biz community of more than 350 companies

Dubai Science Park welcomes Allergo Healthcare to business community

Dubai Science Park, a science and healthcare-focused business community, has welcomed Germany-headquartered Allergo Healthcare to its business community as the latest international company to establish a presence in its ecosystem.

European family-owned business Allergo Healthcare produces sleep allergy encasings that provide a line of defence against allergic reactions to dust mites. Common symptoms of a dust mite allergy include sneezing, a runny nose or signs of asthma or wheezing.

In the presence of HE Dr Amin Hussain Al Amiri, Assistant Undersecretary of Public Health Policy and Licensing in the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention; and Harry Glawe, Minister for Economics, Employment and Health for the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany; the partnership was announced on the sidelines of Arab Health 2020 by Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi, Managing Director of Dubai Science Park and Daniel Schönfelder, CEO of Allergo Healthcare. The German company is joining Dubai Science Park’s growing community of more than 350 companies and 3,600 professionals.

Allergo Healthcare’s decision to establish a base in Dubai Science Park reinforces the community’s continued efforts to attract local and international research- and science-focused companies to develop this strategic sector in the emirate.
