Dubai-based home cleaning startup, Justmop, expands to Saudi Arabia

Justmop.com, a home cleaning app, has announced that it expanded into Saudi Arabia. Starting its operations in Jeddah before expanding to Riyadh later this month, the Dubai-based tech Startup is leveraging the tremendous success it has experienced in its existing markets till date.

Having already established a strong presence in the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait since its inception in 2015, this latest expansion comes at the back of raising its new round with participation from Istanbul-based Collective Spark and Kuwait-based Faith Capital Holding along with all existing investors.

Prior to launching in Saudi Arabia, Justmop conducted thorough market research over six months to fully understand the dynamics between the customers and the cleaning companies. The research paid off as the pilot in Jeddah started off with a bang. Before its official launch, it is already Justmop’s second biggest city after Dubai and accounting for 15% of all orders.

To support their expansion, the Justmop team have also just launched a training centre led by a 5-star hospitality expert, where all cleaners undertake a stringent training programme for a full week to ensure that the Justmop standards are met every time. Justmop is now offering its transparent and professional home cleaning booking process at the click of a button in Jeddah, starting at 32 SAR per hour.
