Half of organisation leaders polled, in a recent Nozomi Networks SANS 2019 Report, rate their industrial control systems threat as high. The daunting number reinforces the fact that even as regional organisations make cyber security a priority, attacks and breaches continue to rise and are evolving as industrial and digital IT converge and organisations adopt mobile and wireless capabilities. Unprotected devices, nation-state threat actors and internal accidents rank as the top three threats, followed by IT integration and external risks arising via supply chain or partner interface.

This summer the vendor released Version 19.0 of its industrial control systems, cyber security solution, which included new upgrades designed to help customers bridge the gap between IT, operational technology and IoT and manage security in a more holistic and efficient way.
