Tenable bolsters to deliver the broadest coverage for technology and control systems

Tenable bolsters Tenable Operational Technology Security recently announced to deliver the Broadest Coverage for Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems. Updates to core functionality make it easier than ever for Information Technology security teams to gain visibility, security, and compliance for their Operational Technology environments

Tenable®, the Exposure Management company, announced new capabilities within Tenable Operational Technology Security, providing broader protection for operational technology, critical infrastructure, and industrial control systems, regardless of the size of deployment or configuration of the environment. The new functionality keeps the Chief Information Security Officers’ organization front and center — making it even easier to secure and maintain governance of the entire attack surface, using the same tools and processes across their infrastructure, be it Operational Technology, Information Technology, cloud, or other platforms.

Security teams familiar with protecting Information Technology systems are increasingly responsible for protecting Operational Technology implementations too.   • Augmented scanning capabilities through seamless integration with Nessus, giving users the option to fully leverage Nessus’ smart scanning against confirmed Information Technology devices, safely, without affecting productivity
