Kingston has had a diverse culture since it started 35 years ago. This diversity means that we work in a positive often creative environment. Different backgrounds mean there are many different ways of looking at a solution which is extremely beneficial.

In the EMEA region, 57% of the senior management team are women and 42 different nationalities are represented. We strongly believe that this is the foundation to Kingston’s success, and it is fantastic to see similar developments in many other companies Kingston works with. However, there is still more for us all to do for this to become the norm.

Managing a team of hardworking marketers that take the Kingston philosophy out to our partners and beyond. The B2B, PR and Channel teams work as one to support partners of all different types, from retailers, data centres and influencers and underline our Kingston Is with Your ethos.


Working closely with the teams in each EMEA country, is a great opportunity to work with many different cultures. Each country is different but the same in so many ways. Finding out those differences and allowing them to adapt marketing plans is engaging.
