BRW Society, is a UAE based tea brand which Laura created to help people find common ground and connect. Laura sources exciting natural flavours from around the globe and blends them into surprising and delightful combinations you cannot find from any other brand in the UAE. She makes never-done-before tea blends, that brew up a conversation.


My dream work environment is one which is positive and flexible, where employee wellbeing, productivity, and growth is promoted. Employees at every level have good communication with each other. They connect daily over a brew, which helps the communication flow – everyone is part of a team.

When we pause, when we slow down, even if it is just for a few minutes, we sort of recentre, reflect, reconnect, and can go back to our busy lives renewed. Laura really believe that a cup of tea is a power nap for your soul, and she loves seeing other people discover this too. Laura knows how important a cup of tea is for wellbeing.


A challenging aspect is creating brand awareness, winning the trust of customers and tackling fierce competition. People are bombarded daily with adverts and new brands so it can be challenging getting heard above all the noise. We constantly must think outside the box and be creative to reach our audience who demand more.
