Software AG recognises usage innovation by Abu Dhabi Digital Authority

Software AG, a leading independent integration, Internet of Things, analytics, process software and services company, recognised Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, ADDA for its outstanding and innovative use of technologies powered by webMethods API Management platform that has helped to transform the authority’s core processes to deliver improved customer service experiences.

Over the past two years, the deployment of Software AG’s webMethods API Management platform has enabled the authority to embark on a new digital transformation journey, leading to simplify and speed up public processes and services in line with the objectives of Abu Dhabi’s Digital Authority of creating service excellence.

The ADDA also launched TAMM last year, a unified online service platform that offers customer journey focused with a comprehensive range of government services through a single portal. The award was presented to Her Excellency Dr Rauda Al Saadi, General Director of the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, by Sanjay Brahmawar, Chief Executive Officer, Software AG.
