GEC Media Group stages Women Leadership Symposium at Seva Experience

GEC Media Group presented the first edition of ‘Women Leadership Symposium- Leading by Example’ on 3rd March’2023 at Seva Experience in Dubai in lieu of International Women’s Day which is celebrated on 8th March.

It was a significantly curated symposium for the leading women trailblazers in tech and business who have broken the cliché of gender bias and made their way to success and leadership and emerged as champions. These exemplary women love what they do and put not their minds, but also their hearts and soul into what they do.

The mission of the Women Leadership Symposium- Leading by Example’ was to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues, educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and as they strive to move higher in their organizations going beyond the concept of diversity, inclusion or gender equality.

The vision of the Symposium was to develop a network of similar circles annually across the world and to be the go-to platform for women to be able to network, mentor and participate in professional development programs geared toward helping them rise in their careers. The Symposium had close to 60 attendees and was a big success. GEC Media Group was proud to organize such a phenomenal event and is honored that exceptional women participated in this event and had an amazing time connecting and networking with their counterparts and audience members. It was indeed a great step to encourage Women leaders and felicitate them on eve of International Women’s Day. More events like these will be arranged in the future to celebrate the success and achievements of women in the GCC region.
